Ariana Martinez is an NC licensed massage therapist who studied at the North Carolina School of Advanced bodywork. Her training consisted of techniques to make structural changes to the body. Prior to being a therapist, she worked as a birth and postpartum doula in Charlotte. In 2019 she studied Mexican Traditional Medicine birth and postpartum traditions with Tema Mercado, CPM and Panquetzani Ticitl of Indigemama. She combines her previous study with her massage therapy education to focus on bringing her clients work that is both relaxing and solution based to live balanced and pain-free lives.
